Terms and credit policy

Credits

One credit covers one successfully generated AI draft, enhancement, cover letter, or LinkedIn draft, or one successfully finalized resume version, with PDF and editable Word (.docx) downloads. AI generation followed by resume finalization uses two credits. Job matching, application tracking, and export checks are free. New versions and revisions each cost one credit. Draft corrections before finalization do not consume credits. Repeat PDF and Word downloads of the same finalized version have no extra charge.

Purchases

Starter costs ₱49 for 5 credits and 2 paid ATS upload checks, Job Hunt costs ₱99 for 12 credits and 6 paid checks, and Career costs ₱199 for 30 credits and 15 paid checks. All packs include the resume builder. Job Hunt adds an application kit and follow-up planner; Career includes those tools plus interview practice, LinkedIn drafts, and application insights. Feature access follows your highest active approved purchase, including older Active and All-In packs. Credits do not expire and purchases do not automatically renew.

Payment approval

Purchased credits and ATS allowances become available after the payment provider confirms an approved payment. A payment initiation or a screenshot alone does not confirm payment. Contact support about duplicate or mistaken charges.

Your content

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your resume. The app provides guidance and formatting, not a guarantee of interviews, hiring, or compatibility with every applicant tracking system.

AI drafts

Optional AI generation uses your supplied professional information to suggest editable content. Review and correct every fact before applying or exporting it. Successful AI generations, enhancements, and cover letters each consume one credit, even if you choose not to apply the draft. Failed attempts return the reserved credit. Rechecking a completed request and applying its draft do not charge again. Per-account AI daily limits apply to non-admin accounts; site capacity limits apply to everyone. Admin generation and finalization use no credits.

Optional sharing and portfolio publication

Job Hunt or Career users may share a finalized resume with an expiring password-protected link. Revoking a link stops future access but cannot remove copies already downloaded by recipients. Career portfolios are unpublished by default. Users are responsible for the accuracy of self-reported skills, project details and consent to sharing their selected resume PDF. Published content and links can be accessed by anyone with the URL.

AI cover letter improvements

Improving a cover letter costs one writing credit per successful generation for Job Hunt and Career users; failed attempts refund the reserved credit. Review the output carefully. AI does not independently verify job experience or guarantee interviews.

Weekly career reports and milestones

Career users can save milestones and review a rolling seven-day summary of application activity recorded in the tracker. Email summaries are opt-in and depend on the hosting email configuration and scheduled cron. Historical status changes before this feature was introduced are not included.

Follow-up notifications

Job Hunt and Career users can opt in to follow-up reminder emails. The automated mail worker must be configured by the operator; due dates are also visible in the application tracker. Sending a reminder does not apply for a job or contact an employer.

ATS upload checks

Two successful upload checks are free per public IP and browser/device. Shared networks may share that free limit. Approved, unreversed credit packs include a separate ATS upload allowance: Starter 2, Job Hunt 6, Career 15. Repeated purchases add to the allowance. A successful uploaded file uses one check, independently of AI/export credits. Failed or unreadable uploads, reopening an available saved result, and continuing the already-checked upload after signup do not use another check. Deleting an upload or account draft does not restore used checks. Manual editing and live editor checks remain free. Browser/device enforcement uses cookies and cannot identify a physical device with certainty. Temporary service capacity limits still apply.
